Position overview:
The HRBP role is a crucial link between the HR function and the business, driving organisational success through strategic people management practices. To provide managers and employees by offering expert HR advice on various people-related matters. To support managers and business areas in a range of HR related activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively supports the delivery of HR Process and Procedures
- Guides and advises partners on all employment issues
- Be a driver for performance improvement and initiate positive changes in people management
- Translates business goals and strategy in people processes to changing business needs
- Be a driver to support a positive working environment
- Driving continuous improvements relating to HR Projects
- Coach and support line managers to build their people management skills, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency.
- Implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, development, and succession planning
- Support organisational change initiatives by providing HR guidance and support
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and insights, informing decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage complex HR issues cross-functionally
- Be a passionate team player
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
- Understanding of the business context and its impact on HR practices.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices
- Experience handling complex employee relations cases
- CIPD MA in Leadership & Management or equivalent level 7 qualification (Desirable)
- 5 years’ experience in similar role
