The Group Commercial Manager plays a key leadership role within the JMAC Group, supporting the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in driving the Company’s overall commercial performance across all business units. This position is responsible for leading commercial strategy execution, contract management, pricing, and business development processes to ensure profitable growth, client satisfaction, and long-term value creation for the Group. They will act as a central point of coordination between the commercial, finance and operations teams, ensuring consistency of approach, compliance with contractual obligations, and delivery of agreed commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop strategies to take the business forward in line with Group policy.
  • Review and revise long term strategies on an ongoing basis.
  • Understand the Turnover and Direct Cost Objectives for each business and division.
  • Identify current Order Book value and longevity per Business Unit.
  • Identify gaps in the Group Order book and create a plan with estimations.
