Main Purpose: As Goods-In Manager, you are responsible for all inbound material and equipment streams. Your team performs a vital and time-critical function for the business; receipting, handling, picking and delivering the right materials in the right place at the right time for production. Reporting directly to the Senior Inventory Internal Supply Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and motivation of the Goods-In, Yard and Equipment (Pallet) teams and their associated functions. You will develop and manage your leadership team to deliver industry-leading levels of performance, accuracy, quality and safety.
Duties:
- Lead the Goods In, Yard and Returnable Equipment (Pallet) teams
- Manage, motivate and be accountable for team performance and standards
- Record, manage and drive KPIs within your areas of responsibility to deliver exceptional colleague performance and accuracy
- Lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement projects and drive daily, sustainable improvements
