The launch of their brand-new manufacturing and logistics site in Northampton has led to the recruitment of a Fleet Loading Supervisor on a permanent basis.
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: Competitive
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Permanent
ROLE SUMMARY: The Fleet and Loading Supervisor reports directly to the Transport Manager (TM) and is responsible for supporting the TM with the day-to-day operation of the Transport Department to achieve business targets. The Fleet and Loading Supervisor provides leadership to the loading and delivery driver team, coordinating their workloads and offering support to ensure that the team delivers on time, every time, ensuring standards are met to meet the requirements of the customer. Additionally, the Fleet and Loading Supervisor assists the Transport office team in dealing with queries from customers, internal stakeholders and drivers in a timely fashion.

- Loading and Fleet Supervise Loading Team with loading of completed product onto the delivery fleet
