We’re looking for a Training Producer & Apprenticeship Manager to lead the development of engaging digital training content and manage apprenticeship programmes. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, creative teams, and training providers to deliver high-quality, accessible learning materials tailored to trainees and apprentices. This is a dynamic role that blends editorial expertise, project management, and stakeholder engagement to support learner success and drive innovation in training delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Apprenticeship Management: Liaise with training providers, confirm registrations, track learner progress, and ensure compliance with reporting and audit requirements.
- Project Coordination: Lead the end-to-end development of training modules, manage timelines, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Talent Attraction: Deliver initiatives to recruit apprentices and trainees, including work experience days and promotional campaigns.
- Training Needs Analysis: Work with internal stakeholders to identify learning priorities and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Content Development: Edit and adapt expert-written materials for clarity, consistency, and accessibility, aligned with professional standards.
