As part of our People & Culture team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage, and onboard talent across the organisation. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer who’s passionate about delivering a great candidate experience and supporting our mission to become an employer of choice.

What You\’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to deliver a seamless recruitment experience—from attraction and selection through to onboarding. You’ll manage the day-to-day TA operations, support hiring managers with campaigns, and ensure our ATS and processes run smoothly.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll also contribute to wider HR initiatives, including policy development, project work, and generalist support—making this a varied and rewarding role.

What You\’ll Bring

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with relevant qualifications or accreditation
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS and HR systems, with excellent IT skills
  • A detail-oriented, methodical approach and great communication skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and support a range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, agile mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • A genuine curiosity about Talent Acquisition and a desire to grow in the field
