As a Product Manager (CRM) at IWM, you'll be at the heart of the Digital Transformation product team, with each member dedicated to a specific technology stream that contributes to the organisation’s corporate plan. You will take charge of a suite of technology systems, prioritising and scoping changes that align with IWM strategy, compliance needs, business value, and customer expectations. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand and enhance customer journeys, making data-driven recommendations that propel us forward.
Key Duties:
- You will lead the strategic planning, delivery, and continuous optimisation of tech products, ensuring effective internal communication around the system.
- You will manage a product backlog that includes change requests, bug fixes, and new implementations based on customer feedback and stakeholder input from across the organisation.
- You will assess, understand, and communicate the product's capabilities and limitations.
- Your responsibility will include managing priorities, determining release schedules for features, and collaborating with business owners to ensure clarity and understanding.
- You will maintain a product roadmap that aligns with organisational and departmental strategies.
- You will stay informed about upcoming external developments related to your product to ensure your roadmap reflects these considerations.
- You will oversee the D365 Functional Consultant (CE) and other technical staff, guiding them in developing, implementing, and integrating products to advance your roadmap and address the backlog.
- You will ensure the continuity of business functions at all times.
- You will ensure that customer data is collected appropriately, held securely, and its integrity is maintained during and after processing.
