Job Summary
Are you a strategic and detail‑oriented HR Operations professional ready to lead operational excellence in a dynamic organisation? We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee all transactional functions within our People Services team, ensuring alignment with IWM’s wider strategic priorities. This fast‑paced, multi‑faced role sees you managing payroll and benefits, optimising HR systems, and collaborating across departments to deliver seamless, people‑focused services.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage internal payroll processes and oversee contracts with external providers to ensure timely, accurate, and cost‑effective service delivery.
- Ensure smooth operation of our digital HR systems, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and streamline processes.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure operational processes support the delivery of strategic people initiatives.
- Develop and manage HR SLAs, fostering effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Continuously improve HR lifecycle processes, collaborating on projects like onboarding and system upgrades.
- Maintain GDPR/DPA compliance and provide accurate HR data and reporting to internal and external bodies.
- Manage a dedicated HR operations team focused on payroll, benefits, and systems support.
- Collaborate with teams across People & Culture, Internal Comms, and Digital Engagement to ensure HR information is accessible, effective, and continuously improving.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven generalist HR experience at Advisor or Manager level.
- CIPD/CIPP (or equivalent) qualification.
- A track record of improving systems and processes within an HR context.
- Essential: Current working knowledge of iTrent HR and Payroll software.
