Job Description

Are you a professional, proactive leader with a passion for delivering high-level executive support? Join IWM as our Executive Office Manager, a key role within the Governance department.

In this pivotal position, you'll lead our Executive Support Team, managing four direct reports and ensuring seamless administrative and diary support for IWM's Executive Leadership Team. You'll also provide dedicated support to one Executive Director and contribute to the smooth running of the Director-General's office.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A background in executive or personal support, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex diaries.
  • Significant experience of coordinating executive support services and line managing administrative or PA staff.
  • A track record of motivating and developing teams, focused on excellent service and continuous improvement.
  • Minute-taking expertise for high-level meetings
