This is a ground-floor opportunity to launch a high-quality scheme from day one, working with a builder known for design-led homes and a genuinely consultative approach to sales.
The Development:
- 108 new homes - a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, including detached and semi-detached homes.
- Launching summer 2026, this is a genuine pre-launch opportunity to build the site from the ground up.

The Role:
- Manage the full sales journey for buyers, from initial enquiry and qualification through to reservation, exchange and legal completion.
- Deliver a consultative, relationship-led sales experience that reflects the premium positioning of the development.
- Build and manage a pre-launch reservation pipeline, converting registered interest into qualified leads.
