Imperial Search Group is working exclusively with a premium regional housebuilder to recruit a New Homes Sales Consultant for a brand-new development launching this summer in Great Dunmow, Essex. This is a ground-floor opportunity to launch a high-quality scheme from day one, working with a builder known for design-led homes and a genuinely consultative approach to sales.

The Development:

  • 108 new homes - a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, including detached and semi-detached homes.
  • Launching summer 2026, this is a genuine pre-launch opportunity to build the site from the ground up.
  • Set within a landscaped, semi-rural location on the edge of a popular Essex market town, with excellent commuter links and fast rail connections to London.
  • The specification is sustainability-led, including air source heat pumps, EV charging points and timber frame construction.
  • The site forms part of a wider, multi-phase masterplan in the area, meaning a long-term plot pipeline beyond this initial phase.

The Role:

  • Manage the full sales journey for buyers, from initial enquiry and qualification through to reservation, exchange and legal completion.
  • Deliver a consultative, relationship-led sales experience that reflects the premium positioning of the development.
  • Build and manage a pre-launch reservation pipeline, converting registered interest into qualified leads.
