An exciting opportunity for an ambitious person to be a part of a growth journey, they are continually expanding and building a business for the future. A hands on position reporting to the General Manager and manage a team of 8 direct reports. Job Title: Warehouse Manager Salary: £30,000 – 35,000k pa Hours: Full time- Warehouse is open between 8am -5.30/6pm Location: Middlesbrough Key Responsibilities: * The role of Warehouse Manager is a newly created position that will take full responsibility for all operational aspects of the business. * Day to day warehouse operations management of two sites an E-Commerce fulfilment and bulk storage businesses * Manage and develop a team of 6 * Manage and count stock * Assist in integrating customers to companies ERP system * Existing customer management, strengthening relationships * Role can be summarised into five key areas of responsibility of equal importance: * Internal team focus * Warehouse operations management * Existing customer management * Management of stock control * Health, Safety, and Quality within the premises * It’s a business and role that will require the person to be prepared to get involved in every aspect including loading and unloading trucks if necessary To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will have: * Demonstrable warehouse management experience * Strong people management experience * Proactive and can do attitude * The ability to multitask * Although not essential a forklift track license would be advantageous * Full clean driving license due to the location of the client For more information on this fantastic opportunity please contact Adam Pearson at Imperial Recruitment Group.
