Transport Administrator - Darlington
Imperial Recruitment Group are working on behalf of a leading transport and logistics business to recruit experienced Transport Administrators to join their growing team in Darlington.

The Role
As a Transport Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the transport operation, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
- Managing transport administration and supporting daily operations
- Processing purchase orders and financial reports
- Maintaining accurate payroll, time & attendance, and holiday records
- Booking driver training and CPC courses
- Managing transport compliance records and documentation
- Producing reports, analysing data, and updating KPIs
- Liaising with internal teams and customers
- Supporting transport managers with general administrative duties
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Transport Administrator or similar logistics administration role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail

- £16.08 per hour, plus weekend and BH payments
- Eligible to join company bonus scheme
- Long-term temporary position with potential to become permanent
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, 10.5 hours
