Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, Early and late shifts
Salary: £26,701 per annum plus 5% shift allowance
Main Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Provide an efficient and effective service.
- Services include but are not limited to; internal goods and post services, concierge services, fire evacuation, cleaning, goods yard operation, minor maintenance and repair, and car parking services.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV and operation including the supply of recorded images (in accordance with relevant legislation).
- Participate in flexible working arrangements, including shift systems and weekend cover and possible emergency call-out rota.
- Liaise with and assist contractors and other agencies as appropriate.
- Report all issues directly to Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
- General housekeeping duties.
- Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Adhere to the Company Health and Safety Policy at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in working within a role with security elements.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and security systems.
- Ability to communicate to all levels, internally and externally.
- Be able to think quickly and deal with/diffuse confrontational situations.
- A good team player.
- Adaptability.
