Imperial Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established specialist in rope access, confined space and industrial support services. They are looking for a commercially driven senior leader to spearhead their next phase of growth.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead sales and business growth. You will win new work and grow key accounts across energy, petrochemical, process, renewables and infrastructure clients. You will be the senior face of the business with clients, backed by delivery they can trust.
- Own the sales pipeline, from identifying opportunities to closing contracts
- Grow existing key accounts and cross-sell the full service offering
- Lead tenders, pricing and negotiations while protecting margin
- Oversee safe, efficient delivery of rope access and confined space projects
- Help shape strategy and build the team to match the growth plan
ABOUT YOU
- Senior experience in rope access, industrial access or specialist industrial services
- A proven track record of sales growth built on trusted client relationships
- Established key client contacts across the North East and Yorkshire
- Strong operational knowledge of work at height and confined space delivery
THE PACKAGE
- The option to buy a minority shareholding once Year 1 objectives are delivered
- A senior role with real influence over the direction of the business
