New Business Sales Executive Location: North East Field Role Salary: £28k basic (depending upon experience) plus an uncapped commission scheme. Realistic OTE £38k+ Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time, Hybrid working – work from home, in the field, and join the team in the office on Tuesdays. 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays and your birthday off), workplace pension, cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership, and more. As a New Business Sales Executive you will: Sell a portfolio of print and digital marketing solutions to businesses across the North East, helping them connect with their target audience through our market-leading platforms. While you will inherit existing client relationships, the primary focus of this role is proactive business development – identifying, engaging, and closing new clients to expand your territory. Cold call and prospect for new business, identifying opportunities and developing leads into long-term clients. * Manage and grow an existing client base, ensuring repeat business and upselling additional marketing solutions. * Pitch, present, and close deals with decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our multimedia solutions. * Use creative and strategic approaches to generate new revenue, delivering against ambitious sales targets. * Work independently to drive growth in your territory while collaborating with colleagues to maximise opportunities. * Establish yourself as a trusted marketing expert, advising businesses on digital and print solutions that will drive their success.
