Imperial Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading national facilities management business for an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and people‑focused organisation that delivers workplace and facilities management solutions to corporate clients across the UK.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operational and strategic business objectives by providing professional HR support across the full employee lifecycle. As HR Advisor, you will provide guidance and support to managers on a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, absence management, performance management and HR best practice. You will support disciplinary, grievance and capability processes while ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation.
The role will also involve monitoring sickness absence trends, producing HR reports and metrics, maintaining accurate employee records and supporting the ongoing development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. In addition, you will deliver HR coaching and training to managers both virtually and face‑to‑face to support effective people management across the business.
This role would suit an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background and a confident understanding of Employee Relations and Employment Law. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills. The successful candidate will ideally hold CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and have previous experience working within a fast‑paced HR environment.
A collaborative and proactive approach is essential, alongside a willingness to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays as required. This is a full‑time permanent position working onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
