Role: Finance Administrator Location: Peterborough Contract: Temporary, Full time Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:30 We are looking for an Administrator with finance experience in the Peterborough area! This is a short term role supporting the Employer Network Project Team and the Employer network Booking Team with Finance and associated administration relating to the operation of the Employer networks and the EN Booking team. Key Responsibilities: * Support the resolution of on hold invoices related to payments to Training Providers with SSCL Finance team. * Uploading and filing invoices. * Matching invoices to purchase orders. * Onboarding of new suppliers (Training Providers) for the Employer Networks. * Supporting receipting of training bookings. * Support the EN Booking Team Leader with allocation of bookings daily to the EN Booking Team on a priority basis. * Dealing with both internal and external customers. The Finance Administrator will support finance processes, onboarding training providers and training bookings for the employer networks. Knowledge and Experience Essential * Proven experience of using Microsoft Office or equivalent tools including spreadsheets, databases, document management and communication applications. * Proven experience of finance administration. * Competent verbal and written communication skills including telephone skills. * A minimum of 3 GCSE’s (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
