Role Overview

As a Marketing Co-ordinator with in-house experience, you will work directly with the Sales & Marketing Director to help deliver impactful marketing that drives brand consistency across the group and fuels impact and growth across the group. This is a hands-on, fully rounded marketing role – perfect for someone looking to broaden their skills and make a visible impact in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day marketing activity across digital, print, and trade channels
  • Support eCommerce growth through product launches, content, and promotions
  • Manage website content and structure with SEO best practices in mind
  • Liase with our outsourced agency partners
  • Co-ordinate marketing materials and liaise with suppliers and internal teams
  • Support email marketing, including customer segmentation and automation
  • Help track and report on marketing performance across all touchpoints
  • Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all campaigns and materials
  • Assist with the launch of our eCommerce store

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrable in-house marketing experience, ideally in an eCommerce or product-led business
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, social, email)
  • Organised and detail-focused with strong written skills
  • Comfortable using tools like WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics and Hubspot
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and up for a challenge
  • Graphic design, video editing, or basic HTML/CSS skills a plus
