This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial - a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, and a workout studio, Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

We're looking for an energetic and skilled Breakfast Chef to deliver fresh, high-quality dishes that set our guests up for the day. Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, cook and present breakfast dishes including meats, fish, pastries, desserts, and buffet items.
  • Set up your section, ensuring all food, materials, and equipment are ready for service.
  • Control supplies, minimise waste and follow company food specifications.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene and allergen standards at all times.
  • Support guests by anticipating needs and delivering quality dishes promptly.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in a commercial or professional kitchen environment.
  • Level 2 Food Safety and basic allergen training.
  • Strong communicator with good English (CEFR A2-B1).
  • Confident with IT systems and MS Office.

Bonus:

  • Hotel kitchen experience.
  • 3+ years catering experience.
  • Level 3 Food Safety and passion for food.
