Role: Breakfast Chef - Arcus at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel)
Location: Bloomsbury, London
40 hours a week (5 days out of 7 days weekly rota)

This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial - a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic and skilled Breakfast Chef to deliver fresh, high quality dishes that set our guests up for the day. You'll prepare a wide range of breakfast items with consistency, care and creativity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare, cook and present breakfast dishes including meats, fish, pastries, desserts and buffet items.
- Set up your section, ensuring all food, materials and equipment are ready for service.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and reset your workstation after service.
- Communicate with senior chefs, sharing any issues or guest feedback.
- Control supplies, minimise waste and follow company food specifications.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene and allergen standards at all times.
- Support guests by anticipating needs and delivering quality dishes promptly.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in a commercial or professional kitchen environment.
- Level 2 Food Safety and basic allergen training.
- Strong communicator with good English (CEFR A2-B1).
- Confident with IT systems and MS Office.
- Bonus: hotel kitchen experience, 3+ years catering experience, Level 3 Food Safety and passion for food.
