This summer, we open the doors to our fully re‑imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, and a workout studio, Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar – this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About the Role

We’re looking for warm, energetic waiters to support seamless service in our rooftop restaurant. You’ll help deliver an elevated yet relaxed guest experience, ensuring dishes and drinks arrive promptly and the dining space runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, helping set the tone for a relaxed, memorable experience.
  • Run dishes and drinks, ensuring accurate presentation and timely delivery.
  • Prepare the dining room before service and keep service stations immaculate throughout the shift.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain flow during busy periods.
  • Support the restaurant and bar teams with smooth coordination and communication.
  • Assist senior waiters by anticipating service needs.
  • Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Who You Are

  • Some hospitality or guest‑facing experience, ideally in restaurants or bars.
  • Strong communication skills and CEFR B2 English level.
  • Calm, organised and proactive during busy service.
  • Bonus: familiarity with premium dining, contemporary food trends or POS systems.
