We’re seeking a Trade Specialist to join our dedicated property maintenance team. As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing various daily maintenance tasks, ensuring that guest bedrooms are well‑maintained and consistently presented in immaculate condition.

Essential Skills

  • 2 years experience in Property Maintenance or a similar role.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.
  • Team player who thrives in a busy environment.
  • Experience with maintenance management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desirable Skills (Not Required But a Plus)

  • Certifications in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, or related fields.
  • Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives.
  • Multi‑site management experience.
