We’re looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join our dedicated Front Office team. Your key responsibilities include creating a seamless and memorable experience for guests from check‑in to check‑out. Duties will include managing room reservations, processing amendments and cancellations, promoting our 1837 Guest Loyalty Programme, and demonstrating expert knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience as a Front Office Receptionist in the hotel industry
- Natural flair for customer service
- Positive and caring personality
- Problem‑solving abilities
- Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern (early mornings, evenings, and weekends)
- Basic IT and office skills: familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, email etiquette, printing, scanning, and filing
