As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay in our F&B Outlets. You will have experience in preparing and serving barista style beverages and/or cocktails/mocktails to brand standards, processing orders accurately in Micros with minimum error, setting-up the buffet and replenishing stock levels during service and delivering outstanding customer service to our guests. About the Role: We're looking for friendly, adaptable Food & Beverage Assistants to support service across restaurants and bars. You'll help deliver warm, efficient hospitality while supporting a dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing: Take orders, serve food and drinks, and support guest needs. Prepare beverages, light food items and pastries. Clear and clean service areas and assist with events setup. Handle cash and operate tills accurately. Who You Are: Customer focused with good face to face service skills. Confident communicator with good spoken English. Flexible, reliable and comfortable in busy environments.
