With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, and destination rooftop bar, this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About the Role: We're looking for a warm, reliable and guest obsessed Room Service / Bell Room Attendant to deliver exceptional in room dining and front of house support. You'll be one of the first faces guests meet - and one of the last they remember.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver room service orders promptly, presenting trays and trolleys with care and precision
  • Assist with guest arrivals and departures, handling luggage confidently and safely
  • Keep the bell room and service areas organised, clean and ready for the next arrival
  • Respond swiftly to guest requests - from amenities to guidance - ensuring each interaction feels thoughtful and personal
  • Support the setup and breakdown of in room dining equipment
  • Maintain hygiene, safety and brand standards across guest facing and back of house areas
  • Protect guest property with care, discretion and full compliance with security procedures
  • Provide clear, friendly guidance - whether helping guests navigate the hotel or offering local recommendations
  • Assist with taxis, transfers and special requests
  • Support colleagues across Front of House and F&B, especially during peak times
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and participate in team briefings to help refine service flow
  • Contribute ideas that enhance efficiency, service quality and the overall guest experience

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in guest facing hospitality or any service led role
  • Calm, professional and confident when assisting guests
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable with manual handling and safe handling of luggage, trays and trolleys
  • Able to communicate clearly in spoken English
  • A natural team player with a warm, reassuring presence

Advantageous: hotel experience, familiarity with order taking systems, local knowledge, manual handling training, food safety or first aid qualifications.
