We are seeking a committed and diligent Cleaner/Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team.

Housekeeping plays a vital role in our operations, and as a key member of the team, you will help ensure our guests have a clean, comfortable, and unforgettable stay.

Your responsibilities will include servicing a minimum of 18 rooms, preparing trolleys, stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and attending to reasonable guest requests such as delivering irons, linens, or pillows.

Essential

  • 1 Year of Professional Cleaning Experience, ideally as a Room Attendant/Public Area Attendant in a hotel.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts: early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as frequent lifting and carrying up to 30lbs, bending and standing throughout your shift.
  • Attention to detail
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Basic understanding of English for team communication and safety purposes.
  • Basic understanding of smartphone technology for tracking your housekeeping tasks on an app.

Desirable (Not Required But a Plus)

  • Experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • Knowledge of cleaning & bed-making techniques and materials.
