Imperial London Hotel Group is recruiting for a Night Manager based at our President Hotel in Bloomsbury. You will oversee and direct all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Key Duties will include:

  • Conducting regular team meetings with Supervisors and Staff Members to discuss operational focus including security, service quality, KPIs, targets, and guest feedback.
  • Overall responsibility for emergency procedures during the night shift, including safe evacuation in cases of emergency.

  • Previous operational experience as a Night Manager or an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager/Duty Manager.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for others.
  • Excellent organisation skills, able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A natural leader with great communication skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude, calm under pressure, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous knowledge of Opera is desirable.
