Role: Kitchen Porter at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel)

Location: 40 hours a week (5 days out of 7 days weekly rota)

This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial - a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, and a workout studio, Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen running smoothly. You'll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, supporting the kitchen team, and ensuring a safe, efficient working environment.

  • Operate dishwashers and cleaning equipment to maintain spotless plates, cutlery, and kitchen tools.
  • Clean appliances, work surfaces, and non-food contact areas to high hygiene standards.
  • Follow food safety procedures and maintain excellent personal hygiene.
  • Use chemicals, detergents, and sanitising products safely and correctly (training provided).
  • Assist kitchen staff and drivers with internal deliveries when needed.
  • Attend required kitchen and food safety training.

1 year of experience as a Kitchen Porter.

Basic English communication (CEFR A1).

Bonus: Level 2 Food Safety, COSHH training, hotel kitchen experience.

28 days holiday, rising to 33 with length of service (including bank holidays).
