Do you want to work in a unique, family-run hotel? We're looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join our dedicated Front Office team. Your duties will include managing room reservations, processing amendments and cancellations, promoting our 1837 Guest Loyalty Programme, and demonstrating expert knowledge of hotel services and local attractions. Our reception area often resembles a bustling airport terminal - fast-paced, exciting, and full of energy! Located between Tavistock and Russell Square Gardens in the vibrant neighbourhood of Bloomsbury, the Royal National Hotel places you right in the heart of London. The hotel features the on-site Blooms Café, known for its excellent coffee, and the fully refurbished London Pub, which serves classic British dishes and a variety of local beers.

  • 1 Year of Experience as a Front Office Receptionist in the hotel industry
  • Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern: early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic IT and office skills: familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, email etiquette, printing, scanning, and filing
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
