About The Role
We’re searching for a dynamic, hands‑on F&B Supervisor to help lead our restaurants, bars and event spaces. You’ll be right at the heart of the action driving exceptional service, motivating the team and making sure every guest leaves buzzing with a great impression.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily service across all F&B outlets, ensuring every plate and pour meets our standards
- Support your line manager with performance updates, team leadership and departmental coordination
- Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues, resolving issues with confidence and professionalism
- Drive high standards in cleanliness, hygiene, safety and presentation
- Manage stock ordering, rotation and cost control
- Own staffing and rota support — adjusting labour to match business flow
- Maintain impeccable cash‑handling and billing procedures
- Ensure events, meetings and function spaces are perfectly set and ready to impress
- Lead pre‑shift briefings, motivate the team and ensure everyone knows the plan
- Jump between outlets as needed to keep service smooth, consistent and guest‑focused
- Champion a positive, collaborative culture where the team can thrive
Who You Are
- Experienced Supervisor or Manager in hospitality — restaurant, bar, café or hotel
- Confident in people leadership, guest engagement and problem‑solving
- Strong understanding of customer service excellence
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene (or willing to obtain), plus L2 APLH
- Competent with MS Office, numerate, literate and able to communicate in English at CEFR B2 level
- Motivational, organised and ready to lead from the front
- Desirable: knowledge of drinks, stock control, AV set‑up and Micros systems
