About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade.

This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their culinary skills while supporting the preparation and presentation of quality dishes.

What You'll Be

Doing

  • Assist with food preparation across all sections of the kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards.
  • Support senior chefs during service and preparation.
  • Learn recipes, techniques and presentation standards.

Who You Are

  • Some experience in a professional or commercial kitchen.
  • Passionate about food and keen to learn.
  • Reliable, adaptable and a good team player.
