This summer, we open the doors to our fully re‑imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, and a workout studio, ‘Project A’ is the new destination rooftop bar – this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, energetic Breakfast Server to help deliver a smooth, welcoming start to the day for our guests. You’ll support service across the restaurant, café, and event spaces, ensuring guests enjoy friendly, efficient, and consistent hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take orders, serve guests and provide helpful information about our breakfast offering.
- Prepare simple food items, drinks and pastries, including barista duties.
- Clear, clean and reset tables, stations and service areas.
- Replenish food and beverage displays and maintain presentation standards.
- Support meeting room setup, AV preparation and event service as required.
- Handle cash, operate tills and follow accurate cash‑handling procedures.
- Assist with stock storage, rubbish removal and general housekeeping duties.
- Follow company health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Who You Are
- Confident in face‑to‑face customer service.
- Strong communication skills and able to work at CEFR B1 English level.
- Bonus: barista, waiting or hospitality experience, cash‑handling skills, Food Hygiene Level 2.
