40 Hours (Fully Flexible 5 out of 7 days weekly rota)

This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial - a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, and destination rooftop bar, this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About the Role: We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Linen Porter to support the smooth running of our Housekeeping operation. You'll make sure clean linen is delivered, soiled linen is collected, and housekeeping supplies are organised and ready for the team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver clean linen and remove soiled linen from guest floors.
  • Receive housekeeping deliveries and place items into correct storage areas.
  • Stock linen cupboards and maintain tidy storage spaces.
  • Clean carpets and upholstery when required.
  • Report maintenance faults using company procedures.
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely (full training provided).
  • Comply with all Health and Safety regulations.
