We are seeking a committed and diligent Housekeeping Supervisor to join our housekeeping team. Housekeeping plays a vital role in our operations, and as a key member of the team, you will help ensure our guests have a clean, comfortable, and unforgettable stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting spot checks of rooms.
  • Supervising and assigning the daily cleaning of designated rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
  • Ensuring they are well-maintained.
  • Organising and maintaining orderly storerooms and trolleys.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

  • 2 Year experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the Hotel Industry, preferably with experience in supervising large-scale 4*+ housekeeping operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to thoroughly inspect and ensure that rooms meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and ensure timely completion of housekeeping duties, especially during high-occupancy periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts: early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as frequent lifting and carrying up to 30lbs, bending and standing throughout your shift.

Desirable (Not Required but a Plus):

  • Experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • Knowledge of cleaning.
