Role: Room Attendant at The Imperial - New Opening Hotel

Location: Bloomsbury, London

40 Hours (5 Days out of 7 days weekly rota)

With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, and destination rooftop bar, this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About the Role: We're looking for a detail driven, hardworking Room Attendant to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll ensure rooms are spotless, welcoming and maintained to the highest standards, supporting the wider housekeeping team in creating a comfortable stay for every guest.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and amenities.
  • Work from daily room lists, arrivals and departures, completing every task to a consistent standard.
  • Carry out seasonal tasks such as mattress turning, curtain cleaning and deep clean duties.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and log all defects correctly.
  • Handle guest laundry, lost property and room supplies in line with procedures.
  • Fulfil guest requests politely, professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain your service area, equipment and trolley to required standards.
  • Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene and manual handling procedures.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in cleaning roles (domestic, industrial or hotel).
  • Able to communicate in English at CEFR A1 level.
  • High attention to detail, positive attitude and pride in personal presentation.
  • Bonus: customer service experience, COSHH or Health & Safety awareness.
