About the Role: We're looking for a detail driven, hardworking Room Attendant to help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll ensure rooms are spotless, welcoming and maintained to the highest standards, supporting the wider housekeeping team in creating a comfortable stay for every guest. What You'll Be Doing: Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, including beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and amenities. Work from daily room lists, arrivals and departures, completing every task to a consistent standard. Carry out seasonal tasks such as mattress turning, curtain cleaning and deep clean duties. Report maintenance issues promptly and log all defects correctly. Handle guest laundry, lost property and room supplies in line with procedures.
