About The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and dependable Evening Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure smooth evening operations and consistently high cleanliness standards. You’ll lead the team through the busiest evening periods, supporting guest needs and maintaining exceptional presentation throughout the hotel.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise evening cleaning of rooms, corridors and public spaces to brand standards.
- Coordinate handovers with Reception and Night Porters to maintain room readiness.
- Oversee guest laundry, lost property and urgent guest requests promptly.
- Maintain orderly storerooms, monitored stock levels and efficient trolley setups.
- Train and support evening team members, ensuring strong performance and consistency.
- Record and report maintenance issues as they arise.
Who You Are
- Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Room Attendant (minimum 1 year).
- Strong organisation, time‑management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
- Bonus: hotel housekeeping experience, OPERA PMS knowledge, auditing experience.
