About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, proactive and guest‑obsessed Guest Experience Host to elevate every moment of a guest's stay. You'll be the friendly face greeting arrivals, the helpful guide answering questions, and the dependable support ensuring our lobby, driveway and guest areas run like clockwork.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet guests warmly on arrival, offering assistance with luggage and guiding them through the check‑in experience.
- Escort guests to their rooms when required, providing a brief introduction to hotel facilities.
- Offer knowledgeable, friendly advice on local attractions, transport and hotel amenities.
- Support guests throughout their stay, responding to requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with managing guest flow during busy periods, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Coordinate with Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping to support seamless guest service.
- Monitor and manage luggage storage, ensuring items are labelled, secure and handled with care.
- Safely handle guest luggage, ensuring prompt delivery to rooms and collection on departure.
- Assist with taxis, ride‑share services and transport arrangements.
- Support group arrivals and departures, ensuring organisation and clear communication.
- Deliver service that reflects the warm, relaxed and elevated tone of Imperial London Hotels.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
- Uphold all health, safety and security procedures.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in guest‑facing or hospitality roles with strong communication skills.
- Warm, confident and naturally guest focused.
- Comfortable handling luggage safely and professionally.
- A calm organiser with great attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly in English to CEFR B2 level.
- Preferably has hotel porter/concierge experience, local area knowledge and familiarity with lifestyle or premium properties.
