Imperial London Family of Hotels has a celebrated history as the owner of numerous hotels in Bloomsbury, London, for over 185 years. It has remained an independent and private business, currently under the Directorship of the 7th generation of the same family. Imperial London Hotels own and operate seven 3 & 4-star hotels near Russell Square underground station, including the UK’s largest hotel, The Royal National Hotel (over 1,600 rooms). The Role
As a Group Revenue Assistant, you will assist the revenue management team in reporting across a set portfolio of Hotels. You will strategically use data and build asset level plans to create commercial success, specifically achieving Revenue & GOP Goals. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business success through effective revenue management, reporting to the Group Revenue Manager, you’ll play a key supporting role in helping drive commercial performance across our portfolio of hotels.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a genuine interest in revenue management to contribute to our ongoing success. You’ll assist the revenue team in delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and practical support to help us achieve our revenue and GOP targets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports
- Capturing and sharing clear minutes from weekly commercial meetings
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners as required
- Supporting group quoting processes
- Accurate data entry and rate loading
- Developing spreadsheets, templates, and tools to aid efficiency
- Monitoring and assisting with rate parity resolution
- Analysing data to provide thoughtful recommendations
- Conducting rate shopping and competitive benchmarking
- Performing reservations checks and handling general enquiries
- General administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects, such as system implementations
- Flexibly assisting Cluster Revenue Managers, Central Reservations, and Distribution teams based on business needs
- Undertaking any other reasonable tasks to support revenue and profit maximisation in line with our company values
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual with a strategic mindset and a real passion for using data to drive results. Previous experience in revenue management, reservations, or a commercial support role within hospitality would be advantageous, though we welcome applications from those eager to build their career in this area. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and excellent communication skills are essential.
