We are part of the Imperial London Family of Hotels, a family‑run company with over 185 years of history. We’re rewriting the traditional hospitality mindset, paving the way for a fresh approach at our 8 hotels in Bloomsbury. We are now recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager at our Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel, nestled opposite the picturesque Russell Square Gardens in the vibrant heart of Bloomsbury, London.

As a Food & Beverage Manager, a heavy operational presence is key, keeping a calm approach when under pressure, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction is the highest priority. You will oversee the food & beverage operations across our outlets, manage your F&B team, maintain safety standards, manage stocks, financial reporting, and create authentic London experiences for all our guests.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee F&B service of meetings and events within M&E space and maintain responsibility for food and beverage in these spaces, ensuring all functions run smoothly and customer requirements are met.
  • Receive and respond to all customer feedback ensuring satisfaction, regularly ensuring all guest feedback is dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Take responsibility for stock ordering and inventory for each outlet, ensuring that all equipment and materials are ready for service.
  • Responsible for recruiting and onboarding all F&B team members and inspiring them to deliver the best customer service at every opportunity, preparing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels for each shift.

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Food & Beverage Manager in the hotel industry at a 4-star Deluxe Standard.
  • A passion for hospitality – you are all about creating memorable experiences that leave our guests wanting to come back again.
  • Personable and engaging, able to build rapport easily, with great communication skills with both internal departments and guests.
  • Excellent attention to detail and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A natural leader, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to reach their full potential.
