Role: F&B Assistant – Rooftop Bar at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel)

Location: Bloomsbury, London

Hours: 40 hours (5 Days out of 7 Days weekly rota)

This summer, we open the doors to our fully re‑imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, and a workout studio, ‘Project A’ is the new destination rooftop bar and will be a bright beacon in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About The Role

We’re looking for friendly, adaptable Food & Beverage Assistants to support service across restaurants and bars. You’ll help deliver warm, efficient hospitality while supporting a dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and support guest needs.
  • Prepare beverages, light food items and pastries.
  • Clear and clean service areas and assist with event set‑up.
  • Handle cash and operate tills accurately.

Who You Are:

  • Customer‑focused with good face‑to‑face service skills.
  • Confident communicator with good spoken English.
  • Flexible, reliable and comfortable in busy environments.
