'Project A' is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About the Role

We're looking for friendly, adaptable Food & Beverage Assistants to support service across restaurants and bars. You'll help deliver warm, efficient hospitality while supporting a dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take orders, serve food and drinks, and support guest needs.
  • Prepare beverages, light food items and pastries.
  • Clear and clean service areas and assist with events setup.
  • Handle cash and operate tills accurately.

  • Customer focused with good face to face service skills.
  • Confident communicator with good spoken English.
  • Flexible, reliable and comfortable in busy environments.
