We are recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to help keep things running & take pride in every detail. Little Bill Laundry is looking for a proactive and dependable Facilities Coordinator to help maintain our industrial laundry facility to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role where no two days are the same. From maintaining site standards and supporting engineering projects to ensuring health and safety compliance, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operation running smoothly.
Experience working within a factory, manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, warehouse, or production environment is highly desirable. Candidates with experience maintaining facilities in busy operational settings will be particularly well suited to this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site
- Carrying out minor repairs, decorating, drain unblocking, and basic maintenance tasks
- Managing waste disposal and essential consumable stock levels
- Operating industrial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers and buffers
- Supporting maintenance engineers with planned and reactive works
- Conducting site inspections and proactively resolving issues before they become problems
- Managing COSHH records and ensuring safe chemical handling practices
- Escorting contractors and overseeing site access when required
