As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will prepare and serve drinks, process orders accurately using Micros, set up the buffet each morning, replenish stock during service, and deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and service drinks in line with brand standards
- Process orders accurately in Micros with minimum error
- Set up the buffet each morning

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage environment (Host, Food & Beverage Assistant, Bar Tending) ideally in hotels or similar environment
- Natural flair for customer service and passion for food & beverage
- Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern: early mornings, evenings, weekends
- Team-oriented attitude
- Positive and caring personality
- Professional proficiency in English
Desirable (Not essential)
- Experience in the hospitality sector
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- Knowledge of Micros POS System
