With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, and a workout studio, Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their culinary skills while supporting the preparation and presentation of quality dishes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with food preparation across all sections of the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards.
- Support senior chefs during service and preparation.
- Learn recipes, techniques and presentation standards.

- Some experience in a professional or commercial kitchen.
