We're seeking a hands‑on Shift Engineer to maintain hotel facilities, systems and equipment. You'll provide essential support to keep our property running safely, efficiently and to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
- Monitor plant rooms, BMS and facility equipment.
- Coordinate contractor visits and ensure safety compliance.
- Respond to emergencies and prioritise repairs.
- Work across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Follow COSHH, H&S and hotel procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Qualified in a relevant trade with experience in facilities or hotel engineering.
- Strong understanding of H&S, fire safety and building systems.
- Able to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Bonus experience with systems such as Saeker or Unifocus.
