We're searching for a talented and organised Chef de Partie to run their section with confidence. You'll produce high quality dishes, support junior chefs and ensure smooth service throughout.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes across meat, fish, pastry, desserts, regional dishes and buffet items.
- Lead your section and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
- Run shift briefings when senior chefs are absent.
- Prepare food, equipment and materials in advance of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and reset your work area to company standards.
- Control supplies and reduce waste effectively.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
Qualifications
- Ensure food safety, allergen compliance and production of allergen sheets.
- Proven experience in a busy professional kitchen, ideally with supervisory exposure.
- Level 2 Food Safety and basic allergen training.
- Strong English communication skills (CEFR B2-C2).
- Confident using IT systems and MS Office.
- Bonus: hotel kitchen experience, Level 3 Food Safety, 3+ years catering experience.
