Role: Chef de Partie - Arcus at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel)

Location: Bloomsbury, London

40 hours a week (5 Days out of 7 Days weekly rota)

About Us: This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial - a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and dependable Chef de Partie to run a kitchen section with confidence and consistency. You will play a key role in delivering high quality dishes, supporting junior chefs and maintaining excellent standards throughout service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification across your section.
  • Lead and support Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service.
  • Ensure food hygiene, allergen controls and safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Control waste, portioning and stock within your section.
  • Assist with menu preparation, daily mise en place and service delivery.

  • Experienced in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Confident running a section and working in a fast paced service.
  • Strong communication skills and a team focused approach.
