About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and people‑focused Food & Beverage Breakfast Supervisor to lead service across Arcus. You will oversee daily operations, inspire the team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across morning service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise daily food and beverage service.
- Support rota planning, staffing levels and team performance.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and hygiene standards.
- Oversee stock control, cash handling and service readiness.
- Conduct pre‑shift briefings and motivate teams through hands‑on leadership.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience supervising F&B teams in hospitality environments.
- Strong people‑management, organisation and communication skills.
- Confident user of MS Office.
