We're seeking a Trade Specialist to join our dedicated property maintenance team. As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing various daily maintenance tasks, which could include but is not limited to:
- Carpentry
- Electrical or plumbing work
- General building repair
- Painting
- Flooring
- General facility repair
Ensuring that guest bedrooms are well-maintained and consistently presented in immaculate condition.
